These reels are written, not animated.

Every episode of Human in the Loop starts as about 100 words of dialogue. Code turns them into voices, 3D characters, camera moves and captions, and out comes a finished 50-second reel.

How a reel is made

A script goes in. A reel comes out.

No camera, no animation timeline, no video model. The whole show lives in a project folder, and every episode runs through the same five steps.

  1. Script

You write the dialogue: who speaks, how they feel, where the silences go.

  2. Voices

AI voices read each line, and the timing of every word comes back with the audio.

  3. Performance

That timing drives the mouths, blinks, glances and gestures.

  4. Camera

An auto-director cuts between close-ups, two-shots and wides, and only moves when the story asks for it.

  5. Render

The scene renders frame by frame at 1080×1920. The same script always gives the same reel.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. A coding agent writes the code from the prompts. Your job is the dialogue: who says what, and how they feel about it.

Is it really made with AI?

The voices are AI. The 3D scenes, characters and camera are generated by code that an AI coding agent writes. There is no AI video model involved, which is why the characters look identical in every episode.

Can I use my own characters and setting?

Yes. The guide shows how to build your own cast and locations, and the done-for-you option builds them for you.

How do I get my files after paying?

By email, automatically, a moment after the payment goes through. It goes to the address on your PayPal payment, and the download links work for 7 days. Nothing there after 10 minutes? Check spam, then message us on Instagram.

What do I need to run the Studio?

A computer with Node.js, ffmpeg and Chrome (all free), and an ElevenLabs account for the voices, which is the only running cost: roughly 600 to 850 characters per episode.

Is this affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Higgsfield?

No. Human in the Loop is a parody. The AI characters are original designs inspired by the products, not official mascots.
